It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vinh Thi Nguyen (Holmdel, New Jersey), who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Bich-Ha; and her husband Dr. Nguyen Tan-Hong. She is survived by: her children, Nguyen Quang Han (Dieu-Trinh), Nguyen Trong Hien, Mai-Chau (Nguyen-Thanh Liem) and Mai-Uyen (Vu Thanh Vinh); her grandchildren, Hong-An, Hong-Linh, Hong-Giang, Hong-Co, Mai-Khoi (Amanda), Thanh-Chuong (Laura), Mai-Han, Hoang-Kim (Jessica), Hong-Anh, Hong-Dan and Hoang-Nam; her nieces, Thanh-Phuong and Thanh-Hang; and her stepchildren, Hong-Ngoc and Hong-Phuc.
Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the International Rescue Committee, a non-profit that responds to humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives.
