With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Lyn Townsend of Holmdel, New Jersey, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Eileen Medeiros (Eldridge); her sister Mandi (Irish); her parent Mom (Pop); her aunt Shannon; and her cousin Brandon.
