Sophie Jackapino Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2023, at the age of 91, Sophie Jackapino of Holmdel, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sophie Jackapino to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Jackapino; her brothers, Edwin Lembo (Marita), Arthur Lembo (Mary) and Joseph Lembo (Joan); and her brother-in-law Vince Territo.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Jackapino (Raeann), Jerry Jackapino (Gail) and Teresa Tollevsen (Keith); her siblings, Marian Territo and Victor Lembo (Jan); her grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel (Zach), Alexa, Lauren, Kayla, Matthew and Tommy; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Layla Fike. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and an extended family.
