He was predeceased by: his parents, John Guilfoyle and Margaret Guilfoyle (Higgins); his sister Barbara Morpurgo (Guilfoyle); his nephew Mark Morpurgo; his brother-in-law Harry; and his niece Pam Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son John-Paul; his daughter-in-law Christine; his grandchildren, Margaret, Catherine, Jean, Ellie and Jack; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Jo, Meg, Andrew and Betsy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (mskcc.org) in gratitude for the thoughtful care he received.
