He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne O'Neill (Paladino); his parents, Stephen O'Neill and Elizabeth O'Neill (Murphy); and his brother Stevie O'Neill. He is survived by: his children, Robert J. O'Neill Jr. (Nancy) of Staten Island, NY, Kevin F. O'Neill (Johnson) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Thomas W. O'Neill of Holmdel, Alyce Sutherland (Tommy) of Holmdel and Stephanie A. O'Neill of St. Lucie West, FL.; and his grandchildren, Jayme Barbato, Bridgette Piscicelli, Robert O'Neill and Megan Sutherland. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, along with numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Robert to the VNA Health Group would be greatly appreciated.
