He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hank Lo and Julie Chen. He is survived by: his wife Rufina C. Lo; his children, Richard Lo (Sunny Lo) of Ocean Township and Elaine Lo (Bernard Yu) of Piedmont; his granddaughters, Rebekah Lo, Sabrina Lo, Katie Yu and Emily Yu; and his siblings, Ruby Tsao of Seattle, Dr. Kenneth Lo of Baton Rouge and Chien-Hsin Lo of China.
