She was predeceased by: her husband Rafael Rosa; her father John Francis Thomas; and her brother Michael Francis Thomas. She is survived by: her mother Ana Thomas; her sons, Anthony and Marcos Rosa of Middletown; and her siblings, Linda Drysielski of Matawan, David Charles Thomas of Hauppauge and Susan Chiorazzi of Staten Island.
In lieu of flowers, any donations in honor of Pamela can be made to Saint Jude's Hospital for Children, her favorite charity.
