She was predeceased by: her husband William; her children, Margaret Boyton (Peggy), Douglas Menzel, Lynn Ottesen and Cathy Menzel; her son-in-law George Boyton; and her sister Louise Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Karl Menzel (Lisa); her son-in-law Daniel Ottesen; and her grandsons, Douglas Boyton, Christopher Boyton (Jamie), William K. Menzel, Jr., Keith Menzel, Daniel Ottesen (Melissa), Erik Ottesen and Andrew Ottesen. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, her cousins.
