She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Goeden and Peter Goeden; her husband John M. Sharpe; and her sisters, Maryann Hartman, Bernice Larson, Eileen Boyer, Ione Malone and Lorraine Richter.
She is survived by: her children, Janet (David Olden) of Acton, MA, Margaret "Meg" (Donald Sadowski) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Marcella "Sally" (Mark Lenarz) of Grand Rapids, MN, Karen Peoples of Murrells Inlet, SC, Joan (John Speranza) of Robbinsville and John Sharpe of Holmdel; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Courtney, Brett, Jill, Matthew, Adam, Maggie, Robbie, Daniel and Claire; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Penn, Wells, James, Tyler, Theo, Ellie, Cecilia and Nicholas. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home (26 S Holmdel Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Church of St. Catharine's (108 Middletown Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733). A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Cemetery Holmdel Cemetery (900 Holmdel Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733).
