We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 62, Karen Rafter of Holmdel, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Rafter; and her parents, Francis Velluzzi and RoseMary Velluzzi. She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Justin and Kaitlyn; her granddaughter Charlotte; her siblings, Theresa Wurtenberg, Frank Velluzzi, AnnMarie Layer, Laurie Licciardi and Stacey Ridenour; and her nieces and nephews, Julianne Layer, Morgan Ridenour, Madison Ridenour, Jared Layer, Brandon Wurtenberg and Nicholas Licciardi.
