She was predeceased by: her husband Seth William Harter. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan G. Harter of Manalapan, Linn L. Harter (Doug Davis) and Mary K. Harter; her grandchild Marysol A. Harter of Bozeman, MT; and her sister Norma Martin Milner of West Chester, PA..
