She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph John and Rachel Scocozzo (Mangieri); her husband Norman Ascough; and her siblings, Nettie Ott, Nicholas "Sonny" Scocozzo and Rachel Spagnoletti.

She is survived by: her children, Carole Grabowksi of Plymouth, Richard Kornutik of Norwalk and Linda Clinton of Holmdel; her grandchildren, Richard Kornutik, Dennis Grabowski, Mark Kornutik, Janeen Clinton, Erik Grabowski, Lynn Marie Clinton, Nicholas Kornutik and Lauren Ferguson; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, Tessa, Garrett, Stephen, Jack, Katie, Siddalee, Kutler, Josslyn and Autumn.
