He is survived by: his wife Cassandra; his children, William Devine (Cheryl), Jan Patrice Flanagan and Stephen Flanagan (Lorrie Ann); and his grandchildren, Dean Patrick and Elodie Rose Flanagan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grand- nieces and nephews.
