It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Frank Dente Jr. of Holmdel, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Dente (Forlenza) and John Frank Dente; his brother Carmine Dente; and his brothers-in-law, Anthony Manochio and Jerry Gallicchio.
He is survived by: his siblings, Aurora Manochio of Union, Anthony Dente (Tania) of Mountainside and Joanne Gallicchio of Holmdel; and his sister-in-law Georgine Dente of Holmdel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, a treasured goddaughter, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of John to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
