She was predeceased by: her father Francis J. Slavin; and her close friend Ken Clark. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Stephanie), Christopher (Donna) and Mark (Patti Ann); the father of her children Dennis A. Casazza; her siblings, Francis "Buzz" Slavin, Robert Slavin (Geri), Judith Ballak and Liz Conese (Pat); and her grandchildren, Kyle, Michael, Matthew, Laura and Andrew. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
