He is survived by: his wife Patricia Heary; his children, Kathryn Heary of Aberdeen, James Phillip Heary (Joan) of Old Bridge, Joseph Heary (Susan Kirkland) of Basking Ridge, Carolyn Maxson (Michael) of Brielle and Peggy Heary of Aberdeen; and his grandchildren, James Alexander, Samantha and Emma. He is also survived by his family, and his friends.
