He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dalm-Moreland; his children, Terri of Beaverton, Oregon, Bill (Ana) of Gilbert, Arizona and Jeff of Beaverton, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Michael (Bethany), Jordan, Luciana, Lucas, Lauren and Marcus; and his great grandchildren, Aurora and Matilyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
