He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kohutich and Mary Kohutich (Adamec). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine A. Kohutich (Morin); his daughter Lisa Mangione (Anthony) of Somerset; and his brothers, Michael Kohutich of Avenel and Thomas Kohutich of Morganville.
