He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Guarino and Philomena Guarino (DiChristofer). He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Guarino; his children, Phyllis Pascucci (Rocco) of Holmdel, Angelica Barbarossa (Frederick) of Fairfield and Thomas Guarino II (Anna) of Holmdel; his sisters, Dolores Falco and Angela Guarino; and his grandchildren, Andrea Lozito, Frederick Barbarossa, Toni Ann Peppinghaus, Tricia Ann Antonnini, Judith Pascucci, Rocco Anthony Pascucci, Thomas Guarino III and Alexandra Guarino. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis, visitation and services will be held privately for the immediate family only.
