He is survived by: his wife Hannah Rose; his parents, John Dall and Stephanie Dall; his siblings, Jennifer Dall and Donald Straube (Jamie); his daughter Mackenize; his in-laws, Richard and Nancy Rose; and his sister-in-law Mia. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
