Cheng-Jen Allen Chen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheng-Jen Allen Chen of Holmdel, New Jersey, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jen-Hsien Chen and Yang Jung Chen. He is survived by: his wife Yang-Heh "Kathy" (Kathy); his children, Tony, Steve, Angie, Yung-Chun (Tony), Yi-Chun (Steve) and Chia-Chi (Angie); his children-in-law, Ying, Jennilyn and Edwin; his grandchildren, Jayden, Grace, Makayla, Genevieve, Kai, Oliver, Avonlea and Everett; and his siblings, Tsunjen, Kuo-Chen, Jinshing, Hung, Yanxue, Yu-Yen, Pei-Sha, Yen-Huei, Yu-Chih and Su-Yuen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home (26 S Holmdel Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
