She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cuntala and Augusta Cuntala (Veselofski); her husband Andrew Hulak, Sr.; and her son Andrew Hulak, Jr. (Anna). She is survived by: her daughter Maria Ann Hulak of Holmdel; and her sister Theresa McQuinn. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
