He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Kostakes and Zaphiria Kostakes; and his brothers, George and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Rita Efstathiou; his sons, Dino Kostakis, Nick Kostakis and George Kostakis (Karen); his grandchildren, Kristen Rozano (Zachary), Christopher, Kyle, Nicole, Eric and Katelyn; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Olivia.
