He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Carolyn Zofchak, Albert Zofchak, Jr. (Gretchen Jantz) and Michelle Bakos; his grandchildren, Jordan Bellani (Steven), Robert Albert Spruce (Stephanie), Hillary Spruce and Steven Zofchak; his great grandchildren, Colton, Hudson and Robert; and his nieces and nephews, Edward Zofchak, Susan Zofchak, Michael Dulemba and Diane Wurzburger. He is also survived by his family, friends.
