She is survived by: her children, Adrian (Monica), Devon and Theoren; her parents, Angel Medina and Maria Medina; her sister Melissa Medina; her niece Emily; her great-nephew Samuel Medina; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Penelope.

She worked as a patient advocate for St. Mary's Hospital for 15 years where she made her biggest contributions to the Hoboken families in need of medical bill assistance.
