She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spina and Rosaria Spina; her brothers, James, Frank, Angelo, Ralph, Patrick and Nathan; and her nephews, Francis and Anthony.
She is survived by: her caregiver Donna Grant. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and three great, great nieces.
