He is survived by: his children, Mary Margaret Nielsen and Michael (Gioia Tremitiedi); his grandchildren, Holli Stanton, Nicholas (Hannah Tremitiedi) and Natalie Tremitiedi; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Stanton, Dorian Cooper and Skyler Cooper. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, and 5 great nieces and nephews.
