He is survived by: his wife Catherine of Morristown; his children, Patrick (Joanne) of Hoboken, Joseph (Leslie) of Short Hills, Annemarie of Morristown, John (Mary) of Montclair and Greg of New York City; his grandchildren, Sean, Joseph Jr. (Kate), Keegan, Caitlin, Connor (Annie), Brenden, Grace, Daniel, Dylan and Caroline; and his brothers, James (Kathryn) and Joseph (Rose).
