It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Verenes of Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on September 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Constantine; and her siblings, Tessie, Sophie and Theodore. She is survived by: her children, Peter James Verenes (Phyllis) of Morristown and Ellen Verenes Hickman (James) of Yardley, PA.; her grandchildren, Lesley Hickman Stratton (Brian), Gregory Hickman (Sarah), Andrea Verenes Pulito (Daniel) and Constantine Verenes; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Matthew, Cole, Forrest, Maren and Olive.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 10:40-11:15 am, with a Funeral Service at 11:15am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 250 Gallows Hill Road, Westfield. (Guests are respectfully asked to please wear masks indoors.).
