It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Van Heumen of Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius and Emma (Mayer); and his brother Corey. He is survived by: his wife Denise (Halpin); his children, Jason (Jessica) and Tara; his adoptive daughter Robynne; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Sarah, Nathan and Jeremy; his siblings, Edward and Regina; his siblings-in-law, Mickey, Paulette, Kathy, Mike and Raymond; and his nephews, Matthew and Michael.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to The Special Olympics or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in his Honor.
