Jeffrey Forinash Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2021, at the age of 45, Jeffrey Forinash of Hoboken, New Jersey, born in Beckley, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffrey Forinash to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Dayna; his sons, Tyler of Daniels, Jeffrey, Jaxson of South Charleston and Noah of New Jersey; his parents, John Forinash and Melissa Forinash of Daniels; his brother John Jr.; his children, Alexis and Nich; his sister Annette; his nieces and nephews, Hailey and Tanner; his parents-in-law, Charles and Carolyn Wasilefski; his brother-in-law Brian (Ruth); his nephews, Evan, Owen and Nolan; his brother-in-law Scott (Kelly); and his nieces and nephews, Quinn and Max. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Jeff's name to the American Heart Association.
