He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Genevieve Decker and Francis X. Decker; his wife Ellen; his children, Francis C. Decker, Charles P. Decker (Jennifer) and Catherine Proctor; his brother Gregory Decker (Marybeth); and his grandchildren, Francis, Daniel, Joshua (Elizabeth), Grace, Abigail, Samantha, Eleanor, Theresa, Caitlyn and Mary.
