He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Antoinette; and his brother Mike (Antoinette). He is survived by: his wife Florinda "Flo"; his children, JoAnne Perkins (Todd) and Joseph (Claudine); his grandchildren, Dominick, Samantha (Patrick), TJ and JJ; and his great grandchild Dominick Andrew Jr.. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
