He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Casulli (Marasciulo) and Luke Casulli; his wife Lucille Podgorny; his children, Fettucine, Barbara, Laura, Edward and Thomas; his children-in-law, John Cusumano, Nichole Casulli (Klotz) and Susan Casulli (Johnson); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Luca, Emmi and Sofia.

He received Telephony Magazine's Roy Blain Award for contributions to Outside Plant Mechanization.
