He was predeceased by: his son Marcus; and his parents, Edelmira Chao and Pedro. He is survived by: his wife Nieves; his children, Alexander, George and Edith; his grandchildren, George, Joseph, Arianna and Lucien; and his siblings, Edwardo, Pedro and Lydia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
