She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dominski and Genevieve Dominski (Jędrzejówski); her husband Ben; and her siblings, Edward Damanski, Floyd Dominski, Dr. Anthony Dominski, Henry T. Dominnski, Joseph Dominski, Josephine Marek Norris, Genevieve Kozumbo, Frances Lazur, Claire Dominski, Elizabeth Dominski, Cecilia Dominski and Esther Brady.
She is survived by: her former husband Dr. Benjamin A. Michalik; her children, Geraldine A. Michalik (Andrew L. Sinn), Cecilia A. Michalik (Charles Greer, Jr.), Andrew J. Michalik (Barbara Michalik) and Joseph A. Michalik; her grandchildren, Amelia Michalik and Alexander Michalik; her niece Rose Marie; and her nephew Joseph Wajszczuk.
