He is survived by: his wife Julieta Racelis; and his siblings, Evelyn Racelis, Cesar Maderal, Necita Silvestre, Albert Racelis, James Racelis, Christina Racelis Rea, Benjamin Racelis, Mary Parkinson and Teresa Obiedzinski. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
