She is survived by: her husband Jack DaCosta; her children, Adelina DaCosta and Jack DaCosta Jr. (Veronica Torres DaCosta); her siblings, Clara Freitas, Fernanda Carvalho and Klaudino Ribeiro; and her grandchildren, Derek Cadete Jr., Kaitlyn DaCosta and Jack DaCosta III. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
