He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Lopata (Morawczynska) and Jan Lopata; and his brother Joseph Lopata. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Huster; his daughters, Jennifer Grubb (Kevin) of Flemington and Pamela Driscoll (Tom) of Bridgewater; his sisters, Margaret Bandura of Colonia and Mary Blake of Jupiter, FL; his sister-in-law Joyce Miller of Avon, CT; his niece Traci Schwann (Tom Schwann) of Avon, CT; his great-niece Dr. Alexandra Schwann-Deng of Hartford, CT.; and his caregivers, Rifa and Rosalee. He is also survived by many cousins (in the US, Poland and Slovakia); and many nieces and nephews, including his wonderful caregivers.
