He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas; his niece Susan; and his parents, Bill and Frances. He is survived by: his husband Kevin Coogan; his sons, Michael, David and Matthew; his brothers, Kevin, Daniel, Stephen and Chris; his parents-in-law, Nada Vericker, Cato Soto, Kathleen, Brian Connolly, Vincent and Patricia Coogan; and his nephews, Dennis and Billy.
When the effects of the pandemic lessen and things start to open up, we will have a memorial service and celebration of Billy's life.
