Michael H. Gela Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael H. Gela of Hillsdale, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael H. Gela to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Gela and Maria Gela; and his sister Sophie. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his daughter Rebecca; and his sister Olga.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist R. C. Church (69 Valley St, Hillsdale, NJ 07642).
