He was predeceased by: his father William Sr.; his brother Thomas; and his sister-in-law Jessica Janovsky. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stillwell Janovsky; his mother Lois M. Janovsky (Aaroe); and his siblings, David R. and Carolyn L. Polkowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
