He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shand and Martha Shand; and his brother David Shand. He is survived by: his siblings, Frances Lundy (Kenneth) of Hewitt, NJ and Robert Shand of Hillsborough; and his pets, Holly and Star. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
