He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scheel and Mary Scheel (Mohr); and his sisters, Jean Healey and Mary Lou Hale. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Jacquelyn, Walter Camuso of Hillsborough, Loren, Lorraine Lauterbach of Rockaway, Lyle and Gail Lauterbach of West Orange; and his adoptive son Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
