Fischer (Hillsborough, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 21, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Strecker Fischer; his children, Susan Fellin of Flemington, NJ, Ruth Ticknor of Windsor, VT and Eric Fischer of Hillsborough, NJ; his sister Louise Fischer of Colorado; and his grandson Brian Fellin of San Diego, CA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Animal Alliance, 1432 Route 179.
