Kotzen of Reading, PA; her stepmother Georgine Kotzen of Reading, PA; her brother Richie Kotzen of Los Angeles, CA; and her sons, William Jr. and Joshua Sporman of Hillsborough, NJ.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
