He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Pietrzyk and Steven Pietrzyk; his nephew Steven Runyon; and his sister-in-law Judy Pietrzyk. He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, Tom, Jr. of Flemington and Kelli Moore of Manville; his granddaughters, Jordyn and Janelle Moore; and his siblings, Robert and Carol Runyon (Frank).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Manville, Post 2290 or St. Jude's.
