He is survived by: his wife Linda Chudy (Seibert); his daughter Samantha Chudy (Jonathan Malko); his father Vincent Chudy (Susan); his siblings, Michelle Evanylo (Jeff), Tina Cicero (Chris), Jill Zayas and Joelle Badea (Michael); his father-in-law Larry Seibert; his brothers-in-law, Brian Seibert (Caroline) and Lance Seibert (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Drew, Amy, Nicole, Victoria, Breanna, Desiree, Max, Alex, Zackary, Justin and Jamie.
