He is survived by: his wife Helga Richards (Mueller); his children, Thomas Richards of Hillsborough, Robert Richards of Tamiment and Patricia Maxwell of Port Murray; his stepsons, Mark McMurray of Raleigh and Thomas McMurray of White Twp; and his brother James Richards of Hackettstown.
