He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalcedia Meier and Herman Meier; and his sister Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Croll); his children, John Meier, Gail Smith (Bob) and Gary Meier (Nancy); his grandchildren, Mikaela, Haley, Ryan, Melissa, Nicole and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Pearl, Vance, Wyatt, Emory and Virgil. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
